On the afternoon of June 1, 2019, we celebrated the 15th Anniversary of Priesthood of Father Joseph. We had a very beautiful Eucharistic celebration in the presence of Father Jacques and Father Jean-Marie.

Thanks to the participation of the four parishes: Sacré-Coeur, Ste-Félicité, St-Pascal and St Mathieu, as well as the Haitian Catholic Community of Ottawa.

Thank you to the Knights of Columbus of Cheney-Hammond and Hammond Optimists,  Maurice Gendron, Claudette Houle, Agnes Caron, Constance Diotte and Lynne Campeau for all the great work in preparing and arranging the tables for dinner. Thanks to Serge Marcil, master of ceremonies. Thanks to John Rozon for the beautiful music and songs in the evening. Thank you to everyone who helped clean the gym. Thank you to those who volunteered to take the people of the Haitian community back to Ottawa.

Thank you Lord for Father Joseph, the participation was beyond our expectations. Songs, music, food. Father Joseph, you are truly a missionary disciple, you demonstrate what the gospel is in action.
